This notice explains what happens to information you send through this website. Frida Remote Solutions is operated by Frida, based in Mexico City, Mexico.

What I collect

This website doesn't collect personal information through forms and doesn't use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If you email me or book a call, I receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email, company, and message.

How I use it

To reply to you, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our conversation. I don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Services involved

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. If you book a call, the booking tool you use has its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that don't become client work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent by replying to my email. I'll respond within 20 business days.

Client data

Information I handle while working for clients (their email, calendars, CRM records, and so on) is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this notice.
